Wastewater subsidies, rates and rebates
SEDONA, Ariz. – The city of Sedona offers a low-income residential subsidy rate for qualifying households. As of July 1, 2017, the rate is $32.17 per month, compared to the regular residential rate of $61.11. The program is provided on an annual basis. Participants must apply for and meet all program qualifications each year.

Take advantage of rebates and reduced rates for low-flow toilets. The intent of the Low-Flow Program is to reduce the amount of indoor water use by Sedona wastewater customers through the conversion to toilets that do not exceed 1.6 gallons per flush.
To encourage the transition of residential structures to low-flow toilets, the city offers a rebate of 50 percent of the purchase price up to $50 per toilet and a reduced monthly sewer fee of $47.52.
