blurry crowdConcert Series: Live music at the Pavilion. Free concerts from 5 to 7 p.m. and dessert available for sale. May 11, Harmony On the Rocks Barbershop Ensemble, and Sentimental Journey. May 25, Saith, Alisse Garn and Ryan Biter. June 8, JR Robusto and The Invincible Grins. June 22, Local Honey and Keith Okie and Rebel Sol. More information.

Adult Summer Softball League: Registration has begun. Fees are $275 per team plus $15 per player. Start building your team now. This league will begin June 7. Registration deadline is May 17. Don’t have a team but want to play? Call Parks and Recreation and we can put you on the pick-up list for the other team captains. More information.

Sedona Community Pool: Summer Schedule here! The summer season will run from May 26- August 5. The pool is open six days a week. Swim lessons begin June 4 and four sessions are available both in the morning and evening. Registration for swim lessons is accepted at the pool and begins May 31. Aqua Zumba, Aqua Yoga, and Water Aerobics will move back to the outdoor pool beginning May 28. On Memorial Day, come for Open Swim and it’s FREE. More information.

Military Service Park Inscriptions: Applications are being accepted. To have a name inscribed on the wall within the park, applicants must have been a Sedona resident for at least a year and honorably discharged from the military. Deadline is May 4. Names will be visible by Memorial Day 2018. More information.

Splash Pad: Open for business! The splash pad located at Sunset Park is now open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. through September 30. Water features are activated on a timer with the push of the button. More information.

kids at camp with solar glasses onSummer Camps: All camps offered through the Parks and Recreation Department can be registered for now. Plan on these great activities for your child this summer! Lego Engineering Camp, Arizona Science Center Camp, Self-Propelled Kids Bike Camp (begins in May!), The Posse Summer Camp, and British Soccer Camp!

Yoga with Joanna: This brand new evening class is held at the recreation room at Posse Grounds Park. Punch passes and drop in payment options available. This effective class teaches the Journey into Power sequence. More information.

Open Gym: Ongoing. Pick up volleyball and basketball for adults. Held at West Sedona School in the gymnasium for only a $2 drop in fee. Come and play. More information.
