Sedona Citizens Connect helps residents and visitors to make Sedona neighborhoods even better by reporting problems, such as potholes, stray animals, graffiti, and more to City employees.

 

 Pot Hole Sedona Citizens Connect is a cutting edge mobile app and online tool that allows Sedona residents to help improve their neighborhoods and the City by reporting issues such as loose animals, potholes, flooding, stormwater drainage pollution, graffiti, abandoned vehicles, and more.

City staff will respond to your submitted requests for action and will let you know how the issue was resolved.

Reports will be handled during regular business hours Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

If you are submitting a report on the weekend or after hours, please be aware it will be handled during the next business day.

If the issue you are reporting is a public safety emergency or an immediate police matter, please call 911.

If this is a non-emergency report but you would like police to respond, please call the Sedona Police Department at 928-282-3100. This line is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

 Graffiti

If you do not wish to input the information through the application or online, you may call 928-282-3113 during our regular business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Staff will be happy to take the information and enter it into the system for response.

Sedona Citizens Connect also has a mobile app that helps residents report issues directly to City Hall to take action. The app empowers residents to be the City’s eyes and ears, helping us make our City even better!

The app is designed for Android phones and iPhones. When residents launch the app, they select the type of case they are reporting (e.g. pothole, graffiti), snap a photograph of it, and add a note if they are interested.

In addition, Sedona Citizens Connect supports Reverse 311 push notifications, which notify the community of emergency situations or critical alerts. For example, Sedona Citizens Connect was utilized during the Slide Fire incident. In the future, it can be used for urgent updates such as flooding, road closures, and emergency community meetings. The City encourages you to be prepared and download the application now.
