Land Development Code Update
The City of Sedona is updating its Land Development Code (LDC), which contains the rules for development and re-development within the City. The City has contracted with the consulting team, Clarion, Associates, to overhaul the 20-year-old LDC. Design Review Manual
The Manual is the City of Sedona’s acceptable standard and guiding policy document for all development proposals in the City. This Manual, along with the Land Development Code, forms the basis for the review and approval of all new construction and renovation proposals by the City’s Community Development Department and Planning and Zoning Commission. Applicants of proposed development projects must demonstrate “good faith intent” to comply with the Manual.
