Request: Request for a major Community Plan amendment.

Project Summary: Request for a major amendment to the Community Plan to establish a Multifamily High Density Residential designation to allow for multifamily residential developments greater than 12 units per acre.

Project Status: City initiated. Planning & Zoning Commission Public Hearing on September 19, 2017 forwarded a recommendation of approval to City Council.

Public Open House: A public open house was held on Tuesday, August 22, 5 p.m., in the Schnebly Conference Room, Sedona City Hall, 102 Roadrunner Dr., Bldg. 104.
