Request: Request for a Major Community Plan Amendment (Major CPA).
Project Summary: The request is for consideration of a Major Community Plan Amendment to allow for consideration of a lot line adjustment that will result in an increase in residential density for Shadowbrook Apartments. The subject property comprises 4.4 acres at the northern boundary of Navajo Drive. The property is currently designated as Multi-family Medium and High Density (4-12 dwelling units per acre) on the Community Plan’s Future Land Use Map.
If approved, the Major CPA request would re-designate the property as Multi-family High Density (more than 12 dwelling units per acre) on the Community Plan’s Future Land Use Map. The re-designation if approved will allow for the separation of approximately 1.17 acres from the subject property to allow for consideration of a future residential project.
