The Sedona Magistrate performs wedding ceremonies in the Sedona Municipal Court.
- From Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. It is best to call in advance and make an appointment. You may, however, bring two adult witnesses, your valid Arizona marriage license and wait until the judge has a break in the regularly scheduled court hearings at which time he will be available to perform the ceremony. There is no charge for this service.
- Scheduled court hearings have priority over all other matters and because we are unable to predict the length of the hearings, we are unable to guarantee that the ceremony will be performed at the precise time scheduled.
- The Judge is available for weddings other than during court hours. There is a fee for weddings performed outside of normal court hours. Both a valid Arizona marriage license and two adult witnesses are required in order to have the ceremony performed.
- The court is sometimes able to provide adult witnesses for a ceremony during regular court hours. Please call the court for more information.
