Parent-and-Child

infant swim lessonsThe Parent and Child Aquatics program is a great program for little ones and their parents. Designed for children 6 months to 5 years, the Parent and Child Aquatic program builds swimming readiness by emphasizing fun in the water. Parents and children participate in several guided practice sessions that help children learn the elementary skills of water safety, water adjustment and build the foundation for swimming lessons. Once children can perform basic skills without parental assistance, they may begin Learn-to-Swim courses.

Adult Swim Lessons

adult swimmer36% of adults cannot swim the length of a pool. Do you feel afraid around water? Would you like to be able to swim and relax around the water? Then this is the class for you. If you have a fear of the water or just have never had the opportunity to learn to swim, this can all be corrected. Using a caring and considerate approach, our instructor has successfully taught many fearful adults that swimming can be fun, enjoyable and relaxing. You will be guided through each stage at your own rate and learn safety, survival and swimming skills to help you gain the confidence needed to be around the water.
