These low-impact, high energy classes are great for participants looking for a cardiovascular workout as well as those interested in getting to flex their muscles and move with ease while in the water. Instructors can show participants how to modify moves to meet most skill levels. Classes are offered May through mid-November.
Suzie Shreve was born and raised on a farm in Nebraska where she found her love for plants. She is a Sedona business owner who has been “irrigating" the indoors of Sedona for twenty-five years, maintaining interior plants for both commercial and residential. This has been her life-long career and now looks forward to branching out. Prior to living in Sedona, she lived in Colorado, Oregon and New Hampshire and was a flight attendant out of Boston, Massachusetts for three years. Suzie enjoys spending time with family, her new granddaughter and friends. She raised her two children in Sedona, now age twenty-five and twenty-nine. She loves yoga, bike riding, swimming, water/snow skiing, boating, scuba diving, gardening and indoor plant care and design. She has an extreme passion for being in the water! She has been doing yoga since the late 70’s (not knowing she was doing yoga), and was involved in dance and gymnastics from a young age. She started doing yoga as a student in 1993 and completed her certification in Aqau Kryia yoga in Santa Fe, NM. She looks forward to sharing her passion for being in the water and leading Aqua Yoga classes to help you learn, grow, and breathe together. Namaste.
