Learn Parkour in Sedona!
Parkour is an art of movement where one trains not only their strength, power, flexibility, mobility, endurance and stamina, but also their understanding of movement. This class will promote creative, safe and healthy fun for the mind and body.
$40 per session, 10% discount for additional family members
$12 one time drop-in fee
Ages 6 and up
Classes will meet outside of the Recreation Room at Posse Grounds Park
All classes will be held Thursdays from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- Session 1: February 16 - March 9, 2017
- Session 2: March 23 - April 13, 2017
- Session 3: April 20 - May 11, 2017
- Session 4: May 18 - June 8, 2017
Registration is accepted through the Parks and Recreation Department at (928) 282-7098 or walk in at 525 Posse Ground Road (near the tennis courts). Registration for each session will close at 4:00 pm on the first day of the session.
Parkour in Sedona will be taught by Francesco DiGuida, owner of Flagstaff Parkour and Fitness.
DiGuida has been training in Parkour since 2011, teaching since 2011 and became a certified Parkour instructor through ParkourEdu in 2013. DiGuida describes Parkour as an art that has changed his life for the better. He has developed new friendships and personal growth through his increased travels. He benefits from a healthier lifestyle that he hopes to be able to share with all of his students.
