Development and Right of Way managers

Stephen Craver, Engineering Supervisor, oversees Right of Way Services, including management of city right of way construction projects and overseeing the design of roadway facilities.

James Crowley, Associate Engineer, oversees Development Services, including review of development proposals as they impact public infrastructure, and grading and drainage plans.

Consultant information request forms.  The city invites consultants such as engineers, architects, surveyors, and appraisers to complete its Consultant Information Request Form. These forms are used when the city is pursuing work through sole solicitation and seeking individuals and firms to invite to participate in a qualification-based selection process. Download the Consultant Information Request form.
