Household Hazardous Waste and Electronics Collection Event

On October 5, 2024, this free event was hosted for city of Sedona and unincorporated Yavapai County residents. With record turnout of over 400 households, the drop-off successfully collected household hazardous waste, electronics, paper documents for shredding, and medical waste for proper disposal. The full list of acceptable and unacceptable items that were collected for this event is listed below.

What if I live in Coconino County?

In addition to participating in Sedona events, Sedona residents in Coconino County may drop off items year-round at the Flagstaff Hazardous Products Center. Hours of operation are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 8 AM to 4 PM.
