The following programs are offered to help with affordable and workforce housing:

• Rent Local - Convert your Short-Term Rental to a Long-Term Rental and receive an incentive payment.
• Down Payment Assistance Programs - Do you work in Sedona and want to buy a home? There are two programs to help eligible households afford a down payment.
  • Sedona Workforce Homeownership Assistance Program - Homebuying assistance for eligible employees working within Sedona city limits.
  • Sedona Employer Assisted Housing Program - Homebuying assistance for eligible employees of the City of Sedona.
