Development Incentives & Guidelines for Affordable Housing (DIGAH)

The DIGAH policy encourages the construction and retention of affordable housing in Sedona through reduced regulatory requirements and other benefits. Developers interested in learning how affordability could be supported in their development can read the DIGAH policy or contact the housing department for more information.
