Request/Project Summary: Proposed changes to the Land Development Code (LDC) regarding allowances for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and updates to reflect State legislation regarding timeframes for processing of residential rezoning applications.

Project Status: Approved by City Council on November 12, 2024.  Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval on October 1, 2024. City Council will consider the amendments on November 12, 2024.
