Request/Summary: Request to amend the Planned Development zoning at 75 Cultural Park Place (APN 408-47-009A) to add the "Safe Place To Park" Program as described in the submittal materials as a permitted use.

Project Status: This project was voted down by Proposition 483 on November 5, 2024.  The project is not in operation. Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the amendment on February 6, 2024. City Council approved on the amendment on March 12, 2024.  

City Council discussed the concept at their meeting on January 9, 2024.
