Reservations are accepted up to 6 months in advance of the rental date.

Rental Refund Policy:
In the case of a cancellation, down payments will be refunded according to the following schedule:
• 60 days or more notice prior to the event 100% of the payment refunded
• 30 to 59 days prior to event 50% of the payment refunded
• 29 days prior to the event 0% of the payment refunded
Does your event need liability insurance?
Depending on the nature of your event, general liability insurance may be required. The city participates in the GatherGuard program that will allow you to secure short-term liability insurance at a reasonable price. Contact GatherGuard Customer Service with questions at 844-747-6240, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, or check out their FAQs page.

Picnic Ramada Application Instructions:
To reserve a Ramada:
1) Select whether you are looking for a picnic ramada at Posse Grounds Park or Sunset Park.
2) Select the desired date of rental. Rentals are accepted up to 120 hours in advance, otherwise are first come, first served.
3) Choose which hour you would like to rent the ramada for, and each hour after that. You will need to select that ramada for each hour that you would like it reserved. For example: If you are desiring Ramada #5 from 10am - 1pm, you would need to select Ramada 1 in the 10am time slot, 11am time slot, and 12pm time slot to reserve it until 1pm.
4) Select "Reserve" at the bottom, and proceed with check-out.

The Hub Venue

The Hub, located in Posse Grounds Park, is a flexible, affordable venue of 4,522 square feet available for rent. Maximum capacity at the Hub is 382 (this number may be lower for your event depending on additional items used in the space, i.e., chairs, tables, etc.). There are approximately 180 chairs and 8 six-foot rectangular tables available for use with the rental of the space.
Please submit a facility rental request at the top of this page if you are interested in renting the Hub. Large events may need to fill out a specific rental application that can be found in the Special Events Proposal Package. Please review this package for details.
Posse Grounds Pavilion

Outdoor Performance Venue
Available to rent for private and public events. Limited availability for Weddings.
The Pavilion is also known as Barbara Antonsen Memorial Park.
This beautiful facility has breathtaking 270-degree views. It won a 2017 Award of Merit from Engineering News-Record, a publication considered the bible of the construction industry worldwide.
The park was completed as a result of the love and dedication of the organization Friends of Posse Grounds, Sedona City Council, city staff members and the community at large.
Facility Amenities
- Festival style seating, on the grass
- Hourly rentals and large event rentals
- Restroom facility, two changing rooms with showers, small storage area. Restrooms and showers not available during winter months as water is shut off.
**Please note that the Pavilion is a Day-Use Only facility. All activities must be finished, and the space must be vacated by sunset. Check sunset time for the day of your requested rental HERE.

HUB AND PAVILION PRICING
Recreation Room
525-D Posse Ground Road, Sedona AZ 86336
Our beautifully remodeled Recreation Room (860 sq.ft.), conveniently located at Posse Grounds Park, provides a spacious yet quaint venue for year round recreation or special programming.
Be sure to check our programs/class offerings listed under Sports and Specialty Classes.
Looking for the perfect place to hold your next event or meeting? Look no further, this room can also be reserved for private use at a nominal fee.
If you are interested in renting the Recreation Room, please visit the submit a facility rentals request at the top of this page. The Recreation Room is currently limited to group gatherings of 40 people.
