Purpose
The Board of Adjustment Hearing Officer conducts hearings regarding requests for variances from the Sedona Land Development Code applicable to zoning regulations and to hear appeals regarding interpretations made by the zoning administrator. Hearings are conducted by hearing officers approved by the City Council.

The board is convened as needed. The location will be posted on the agenda
