Peddler-Solicitor Permit

Door-to-door solicitation activity and some other activities are subject to a Peddler/Solicitor permit. The fee for this permit is $25 per application (includes 1 agent) and $25 for each additional applicant (agent). A peddler is any person who attempts to make personal contact at a residence without an appointment in order to sell a good or service. A solicitor is any person who attempts to make personal contact at a residence without an appointment in order to obtain a donation or distribute a handbill advertising a commercial event or service.
