Use our Citizens Connect app to report problems such as potholes, stray animals, graffiti and other concerns. Staff will respond to your report and update you when it is resolved. Reports are handled during regular business hours Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.  If the matter is a non-emergency police matter call SPD at 928-282-3100, 24 hours per day, seven days a week.

If you prefer not to use the app or website, call 928-282-3113. Staff will take the information and enter it into the tracking system.

1. Download and launch the app on your mobile phone
2. Click Submit a Report 
3. Attach a photo or other media if you wish
4. Use ‘Your Current Location’ and click Done. You can update the address on next screen if necessary
5. Select the Report Type. Please include a detailed description
6. Click Submit Report or Save Report for Later.

Tips for using the app.  Turn on GPS on your phone. Provide streets and cross streets in your description, and include identifying objects in your photo. Submit the one best photo that represents the issue. The mobile app works better outdoors.
