The City has officially kicked off the Western Gateway Master Plan process. Over the next year, we’ll have several opportunities for public engagement and feedback including surveys, three in-person workshops (including the October workshop below), comment forms and more. Community feedback is crucial in shaping the Master Plan, which will establish a framework for how the city’s Western Gateway property will be used in the future.

October Workshops

Please join us on October 24th to help shape the future of the Western Gateway Master Plan!

We have two upcoming opportunities for participation:

• October 24th from 2 - 4 p.m.
• October 24th from 5 - 7 p.m.

Both sessions will be identical and will be held at the Hub at Posse Grounds Park located at 525-B Posse Ground Rd.

Summary: The CFA plan will guide future development and addresses land use, circulation, environment, and community issues.
Western Gateway CFA Plan - Cultural Park Summary. The City of Sedona purchased the 41-acre parcel in 2022.

Location: The CFA is north and south of State Route 89A at the western end of the city, including the high school, medical center, old Cultural Park, and surrounding areas.
