City of Sedona Consolidated Fee Schedule

The City of Sedona is updating their development impact fees. As part of this process, an Impact Fee Study is being completed to review and update current Land Use Assumptions (LUA), Infrastructure Improvements Plan (IIP), and to prepare a development fee report which details the fee calculation methodology and establishes the fee by each development type.

The City intends to hold a public hearing on the 2024 Land Use Assumptions (LUA) and Infrastructure Improvements Plan (IIP) on November 12, 2024 at 4:30 PM, in the City Council Chambers, 102 Roadrunner Drive, Sedona, AZ 86336.
