Request/Summary: Request for Subdivision approval to subdivide approximately 2.65 acres into a 4-unit single family subdivision. The parcel/proposed subdivision also contains a portion of the Forest Road extension being constructed by the City of Sedona.

Project Status: Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat on March 19, 2024. City Council approved the Preliminary Plat on April 23, 2024.
