Community Focus Area (CFA) Plan: Schnebly CFA and Oak Creek Heritage District
Project Status: Project was approved by Planning and Zoning Commission on April 16, 2024. The Commission's approval of the project was appealed by two separate parties. City Council heard the appeals on June 25, 2024, and voted 4-3 to approve the appeals, denying the project.
