If you would like to file something with the Sedona Municipal Court regarding your case, please email, mail, or drop your motion off in person at the Court and provide a copy to the Prosecutor's office.
Email your motion to sedona@courts.az.gov. If you need to send a copy to the Prosecutor's office, please email it to bkunisch@sedonaaz.gov AND efimbrez@sedonaaz.gov.
Be sure to include your name, case or citation number, current mailing address, email address and telephone number, and detailed information about your request.
Please note: The opposing party (i.e.: Prosecutor's office) has 10 calendar days to respond to your motion before the Court can make a ruling granting or denying your request.
