Vehicle accident reports

Vehicle accident reports are available at CrashDocs.org. If the report is not available from CrashDocs, you can request a police report by emailing the completed form to PoliceRecords@sedonaaz.gov or faxing to (928) 282-0622. There is a $8 fee per vehicle accident report up to 20 pages; $0.25 per additional page over 20 pages.
