To encourage water conservation and reduce demand the city offers two programs to residential customers.

Low-flow discounted residential rate

Qualifying residential customers receive a reduced monthly service rate if all toilets in the residence are low-flow, not to exceed 1.6 gallons per flush.  If you are unsure whether your toilets are low-flow download the information below. To apply for the low-flow discounted rate complete the application form and return to:
